Cancellation Policy
Desert Drip Detailing: Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Desert Drip Detailing, we understand that life can be unpredictable. Our goal is to provide you with a seamless and convenient service experience. To ensure this, we've crafted a policy that respects both your time and ours. 1. Rescheduling: - Clients are permitted to reschedule their appointment without any fees if done at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. - To reschedule, please contact our team at on Instagram @DesertDripDetailing or by email at DesertDripDetailing@gmail.com. 2. Cancellation: - Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the appointment will not incur any fees. - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the booked service's cost. 3. No-shows: - If a client fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee of 50% of the booked service's cost will be charged. 4. Late Arrivals: - Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late for their appointment may have their service shortened or rescheduled to ensure our team remains on schedule for other clients. The full service fee will still apply. 5. Unexpected Circumstances: - We understand unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you are facing an emergency or unexpected situation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate and may waive or reduce fees at our discretion. 6. Payment of Fees: - Any applicable fees from cancellations or no-shows will be charged to the client's provided payment method. 7. Updates to the Policy: - Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is subject to change. Clients will be notified of any major changes through their provided contact methods.
